This guitar is identical to the image shown.  It is blemish-free, brand new, & has never been played.  The guitar comes double-boxed as received by us from the manufacturer.  We ship all our guitars with insurance against damage during shipment.

 

Due to shipping restrictions in other countries, we can only ship guitars and items heavier than 50lbs. to the following countries:

We accept Paypal for all payments. When paying by eCheck through Paypal, there will be a delay while Paypal verifies the funds. We cannot ship your item until the funds clear.
We understand that someitmes you may have issues with your Paypal account and are unable to make immediate payment. Please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.. Sometimes the address we receive with your shipment cannot be verified with our carrier. We may have to contact you and ask for a clarification of the shipping address.

On certain items, we add additional packing material to the inside of the retail box to help protect it during shipment. This is because, in our experience, these items are insufficiently protected for reshipment (your item is still brand new and unused).

United States Shipping Info
We ship most items over 2lbs. via Fedex. We ship most items under 2lbs. via USPS Priority Mail. We ship almost every item by its exact weight. Please understand that many electronics items are heavy and bulky, and therefore may cost more to ship. We try our best to negotiate the lowest possible shipping cost with our carriers.

International Shipping

We ship all international purchases via USPS Priority International mail carrier. When your item ships, it travels to a processing center before heading overseas. Once the item reaches your country, it passes through customs.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO.

Estimated delivery times vary by country as both distance and your local government’s customs office vary by location.

If your item is damaged or DOA, you have seven days from receipt to send it back to us. You must keep all packaging and included materials including papers, wrapping, and accessories. The item must be re-boxed in the same condition it was received. Item must be shipped back to us with shipping insurance to warrant against loss or damage by the shipping carrier. If insurance is not purchased and your item is lost or damaged in shipping, you will be held responsible for the damage/loss and will not receive a refund. You must pay for the return shipping to our warehouse. Upon receipt we will inspect your item to see that it was returned in good condition, and then promptly refund the entire purchase amount.

Defective Merchandise

If your item is defective, it can be returned either for replacement or refund. If you request a replacement and we are out of stock, we will issue a refund by default.
You will have 7 days from the time you receive the item to contact us if the item is defective. You must contact us about any returns and receive return authorization before sending your item back to us.
If your item should break after seven days from receiving it, you will have to seek warranty service with the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise

All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse. If your merchandise is damaged during shipment by the shipping courier, please contact us immediately as we must be informed within 7 days from the date of receipt for all damage/shipping related claims. If an item is lost by the carrier, please understand that there can sometimes be a delay while we wait for the carrier to initiate an insurance claim. this process can sometimes take seven days or longer.

Customs
Customs in every country is a government department of that country. As such, we have no contact, influence, or responsibility for the customs laws and regulations of your country. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. While many items pass through customs without issue or delay, sometimes the items are delayed, and sometimes fees are assessed. This is often regardless of any manner in which we display the packaging or fill out the customs forms. Please do not ask us to modify the information we place on the customs forms, as this is against the law.

Please be careful, as you may ruin your new item if you plug it straight into the wall. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in this way.
